Who you are

• Attention to detail and organisation come naturally to you. You’re a stickler for doing things right and you spot errors before you hit send!
• At least 1 year’s experience managing and growing a company’s social media account/s- specifically Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn, with some basic video/reels editing skills
• Creative – you have an eye for design and have some graphic design skills in your arsenal
• Very Comfortable using Google Workspace ( Google Meets, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Gmail etc).
• Tonnes of common sense and proactive – you’re always looking for ways to learn, improve and take feedback very seriously.
• You’ve got experience as a Community Manager, ideally on Circle.so
• Solution-oriented. You know how to research to fix things, without needing to ask every time
• ‘Near native’ level English language (spoken & written)
• Empathetic – you enjoy connecting with others online and show empathy to those around you
• The secret code is 28 – you’ll need this to apply 😉

It’s a bonus if you also have:

• International experience, having worked with a globally distributed remote team
• Sales and/ or digital marketing experience, specifically copywriting/ SEO
• Video editing skills
• Experience using Buffer, Notion and/or Go High-Level

What you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicating with clients and potential clients via email and social media
• Managing affiliate partnerships
• Community management
• Weekly newsletter editing/writing
• Creating graphics and videos for social media, workshops, and worksheets in Canva using our branding
• Creating and posting on social media/community, including some basic video/reels editing
• Email marketing

• This is a long-term ongoing freelance position of 5-15 hours a week. The hours are flexible across 5-7 days a week (i.e not done in 1-4 days).
• The start date will be some time in early November.
• The hourly pay will be between €6-9 euros an hour plus a monthly performance bonus between €10- €100.
• You can work from anywhere, so long as you are available to work between 7am- 2pm CET most days. Flexibility works both ways of course 🙂
• You need the right remote work set up- a fast and reliable internet connection, a quiet space, a quality working laptop, headset/ microphone, a camera and the right tools and software installed.
