Job Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including payroll management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
3. Foster positive employee relations and engagement.
4. Administer benefits/payroll, compensation, and performance management.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements.
7. ⁠Provide HR guidance to employees
8. Coordinate performance reviews and employee development
9. Promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2. 5+ years of active HR practice, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Professional HR certification is required e.g CIPM, SHRM, PHRI, etc
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in payroll software, ERP, and HRIS.
