Job Title: Collections Analyst
Description
Implement and monitor strategies to improve collections and recoveries.
Prepare accurate and timely reports for stakeholders.
Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with our collections/recovery models.
Collaborate with other teams including Finance, Portfolio Monitoring and Fraud Investigation
Requirements
- Experience in Collections/Risk management roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
