Human Resource Associate Needed at an Aviation industry

• Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
• Job Type: Onsite, Full-time

Experience: Prior experience as a Human Resource Associate is Preferred.

Job Description:

1. Managing all HR operations from hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals, grievances and exit.
2. Identifying training needs, designing training programs, and promoting employee development.
3. Assist in managing employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain talent.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
5. Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s objectives

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent in any related field.
• At least 1-3 years experience as a Human Resource Associate .
• Leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in the Aviation industry is a plus
• Knowledge of HR practices.

Salary: 150,000
