We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collection Specialist (Collection Officer)

Job Summary:

We’re seeking skilled and results-driven Collection Specialists to join our team. As a Collection Specialist, you’ll manage client relationships, communicate with customers to recover outstanding debts, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively
• Make calls and send messages to customers regarding outstanding debts
• Guide customers through the payment process
• Persuade reluctant customers to make prompt payments
• Provide accurate and timely reports
• Utilize computer skills for efficient data management

Requirements:

• OND/HND/NCE/BSc in any field
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field (collections, customer service, or sales)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Compensation:

• Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000 per month
• Benefits: Attractive package
