Job Summary:

We’re seeking skilled and results-driven Collection Specialists to join our team. As a Collection Specialist, you’ll manage client relationships, communicate with customers to recover outstanding debts, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Loan Collection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts, contacting customers to negotiate payment arrangements.

Responsibilities:
contacting borrowers to discuss overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, documenting all communication, and escalating cases when necessary. They also need to adhere to regulations, treat borrowers with respect, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have an ANDROID PHONE, Atleast 2gb ram.
