7 Up or Seven Up is an American brand of lemon-lime–flavored non-caffeinated soft drink. The brand and formula are owned by Keurig Dr Pepper, although the beverage is internationally distributed by PepsiCo except the UK where it is distributed by Britvic, PepsiCo’s designated UK distributor.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Igbo)

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about products or services
• Resolve customer problems and complaints in a timely manner\
• Provide customer support via various channels
• Escalate complex customer issues to management
• Collect and record customer feedback
• Help to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service position
• Must be proficient in Igbo language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Must be open to working on a shift schedule
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
