Job Title: Graphics Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and result-driven Customer Support Associate (NYSC) to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate (NYSC), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about our platform, products, and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Keep up-to-date with product updates, services, and policies to better assist customers.
• Identify and report any recurring issues or customer feedback to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Communications, English or any other related field
• 0 – 1 year relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a corper serving in Lagos
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
